Using iterative sprints to give direction to a new team

Within a month of joining the company, one of my teams was struggling to align on quarterly deliverables and risks.
By facilitating this workshop I was able to anchor the team in research and design sprints that guided their roadmap towards a build/buy decision.

When asked facilitate a team building exercise for our Engineering Managers, I turned the typical tower building exercise on it's head by allowing materials to be traded through a single contact. This put a fine point on their real problem: siloed communication, and tee'd up 3 days of working sessions to create more effective rituals.
Using anonymity to align competing business units

Presented stakeholder interviews as anonymized perspectives that defused tension and aligned disparate business-units on their company's purpose and opportunities for product evolution.
